Why the gym isnt for everyone
Believe it or not....I stopped going too the gym for a number of reasons which actually might shock you..right around college, I was going too the gym almost everyday and I was working out so hard..it was crazy. I wasn't hydrating or eating correctly and I messed up my muscles pretty bad but recovered in about a week. I want too share this blog with you because if you were just starting out the fitness world in the beginning like me back in College than you are probably not that knowledgable about fitness just yet. So these are my major Tips & Tricks for all you fitness lovers.
DON'T HATE YOURSELF FOR NOT HAVING THE BODY YOU DREAM OF. Thats the single number one thing that dragged me around and made me feel horrible. Respect yourself and your body and look over your fitness diet and exercise and just reassemble everything so you Get the RESULTS that you WANT! Don't settle for less and dont let others make you think otherwise.
STAY HYDRATED AND DRINK ALOT OF WATER ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR DOING HIIT OR WORKING OUT IN GENERAL> When you work out your body dehydrates EVEN FASTER since your putting out all this energy on your Body and working out your muscles.. my tip would be too bring a giant water container with you if you choose too hit the gym or do any general exercise..water is super important!
FEEL GOOD WITHIN EACH WORKOUT AND/OR REP THAT YOU DO.
The simple reason that I mention this is because a lot of people just start working out without really listening too their body..especially if your sore then your muscles are trying too tell you something..Make sure you listen too your body at all times and its okay to take a break when you are just NOT feeling it.
