The first thing that we all do when running in the kitchen late at night is most commonly, just look for a quick sweet tooth or salty craving too grab really fast. Well, Give THAT a second thought! I came up with my very own twist of a sweet AND salty method for a great late night snack that's super healthy !! Let's get started.
The "FRUIT & NUT" RUle.
I created my very own "Fruit & Nut" Rule...sounds interesting doesn't it? Well here's how it works. For starters, I usually have ALWAYS on me at least 3 types of different fruit. I love Dried, Frozen, & Regular Fruit. Those are Literally my TOP FAVS! Peach is definitely is and always be - my all time fav dried fruit. Gosh its just so good you guys. If you haven't tried this I am seriously jugding you so hard and I want you to go buy some from the market right now...GO! Lulz For those who did go, please continue to do this, I swear you will reap tremendous amounts of Benefit.
