A lot of my clients ask me for my favorite fruits that I use too meal prep into my daily week. They know I look for non-soggy, fresh, & healthy fruits! So these are my favorite 3 fruits that I know follow my 3 requirements!:
1. Sliced Strawberries- I get them while their fresh and cut them up right away for the week and split it by cups into separate Jars. Then, just store them in the fridge and your good too go!
2. Blackberries-Super healthy for you, try these out on the side with a side of your favorite lunch...its a must!
3. Apples-Yum, too keep these fresh I cut them up then quickly store them in the refridgerator too keep them nice and fresh !!
