Do these 10 Tips and you will see a huge difference in your relationship too Health, Wealth, & Happiness.
1. Wake up everyday Happy on Purpose and be grateful.
2. Drink a Glass of water once you wake up & drink atleast 8 cups of water a day.
3. Stretch and Exercise every day, make sure you make Health your Number 1.
4. Wake up early, Sleep Early. Be mindful, awake, and ready too tackle on the day.
5. Make sure you are doing what you love, and gaining money from it. And not the other way around! Super important.
6. Take care of all your important things before hand. Stay Organized & Stay Ahead of Your Game.
7. Stay Current with Family & Friends. They really are your Foundation. Without them you don't have much. Stay Loved and Stay Happy With them!
8. Eat good & Feel Good. It's all about your Energy and your happiness. Make sure you always are in a good feeling and be positive.
9. Consistent Repitition results in a beautifull Habit.
10. Do what makes you happy in a positive, wonderful day.
A lot of my clients ask me for my favorite fruits that I use too meal prep into my daily week. They know I look for non-soggy, fresh, & healthy fruits! So these are my favorite 3 fruits that I know follow my 3 requirements!:
1. Sliced Strawberries- I get them while their fresh and cut them up right away for the week and split it by cups into separate Jars. Then, just store them in the fridge and your good too go!
2. Blackberries-Super healthy for you, try these out on the side with a side of your favorite lunch...its a must!
3. Apples-Yum, too keep these fresh I cut them up then quickly store them in the refridgerator too keep them nice and fresh !!
