Lack of motivatIon.
I get a lot of questions about, how too find the motivation too PUSH through and get through your day. What do you do & what is your favorite thing too get you up and moving.
After years of realizing what things worked for me and what things didn't work for me..I have too say Coffee and Soda were my best friends growing up. I didn't have any guidance for what the best thing to do to GET me too the gym were... so I found that even if I had a couple espresso shots; it helped me through my day.
