What it really takes
Most People believe they have too be hitting the gym ALL THE TIME, Twice a day, everyday! Or something ridiculous like that. But NO, that isn't the truth. I've had almost every single type of Gym Membership in Numerous Cities and I've had some of the craziest experiences from having a gym membership and being on that "Gym Grind."
so, what now?
For Starters, What is your Goal? What do you actually want? Thicker Quads? Is it a Radiant Behind? What sparks your Fitness Motive? Look deep within what you really want and go from there. Do you want Curvy, thicker body parts..time for some muscle gains. Is it more Thinner-Fittet look? The gym still plays a huge role! Keep in mind you must be meeting the required intake of Healthy Food and the proper Intake of Water.
Don't forget-Fitness is really a lifestyle..some people commit too the gym for a couple years. Others for only a couple days..but too get nice-dramatic-everyone is gonna notice me-results; keep in mind that you must always stay on top of your eating and health..
