I've been getting so many comments on my Instagram (@AngieAlfar) about how I keep my Abs on Check ?? So I've decide too finaaaally share my secret about how I shape & maintain my abs. ??
Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate. Drinking water is Super important! Drinking more than enough water is essential too your health! It also helps BUILD your stomach and Show your rock hard abs and by clearing out all the junk food in your stomach. You will see a huge difference once so!
Be Very Mindful & Stay Disciplined when it comes too eating healthy. What you eat literally shows on your body. No doubt! Keep this in mind when exercising and making choices.
