SQUATS, SQUATS, & MORE SQUATS
If you know who I am, Angie Alfar, Then you know my Physique and what my ultimate favorite workout is..you know it! SQUATS. So, why are these my favorite?
When I was Growing Up and didnt have a great length of knowledge when it came too fitness. I didnt know that certain workouts can influence certain Muscle and Body Parts. As I was learning the ropes and tricks too what eventually brought me here. I always did Squats. Squats were my Go to because it was the one thing that showed me SUPER Quick Results! Literally Though.
I can do a quick 10-20 Reps of Great Formation Squats and I tell ya...looking at my Behind in the mirror after a couple minutes was the motivation each time..And I loved how round and perfectly shaped it was. If you have been living under a rock for some time now then you MUST Start Squatting and FEEL and SEE the Results QUICKLY! In Minutes time.
