Health & fitness tips Are so important to me...
Growing up..I didn't have any guidance on how too even begin getting fit or how too eat the right foods. All I knew was that I wanted change and I wanted to be Fit and Healthy! So what did I do?
I wasnt IMPROVING & FELT HORRIBLE?
I had no guidance, so alot of it came from trying things out and learning. If i knew something was healthy and good for me like fruits and vegetables and ofcourse Protein, I would definitely make sure I ate some so my body could stay healthy. Ofcourse, I wasn't perfectI was young and ate SO much of the other junk as well. But looking back, I can say it was a good start up for me because now I LOVE too eat healthy and feel so good about what I ate.
Fast Forward After Highschool and College...Fitness took a HUGE whirlpool on my life and now I make sure too stay eating healthy and Fit! Too help you all learn from all my mistakes and do's and dont's; I created Health and Fitness Tips E-book....what is this you may ask?

Keep these things in mind ALWAYS when going about your fitness journey. These are key things that helped me stay on track..Let's call them Side Tips !
1. FIRST, always Stay Hydrated...No matter what..make H20 your BEST friend.
2. Be comfortable at the gym..even if your a lady who doesnt want a million eyes on her.. go with the baggy T-shirt that covers your Booty and that no makeup look because Who CARES and WHY NOT. Let's get real its the gym.
3. HAVE FUN with Your Fitness Journey...And only Fun! Don't get caught up in overdoing it or eating so specifically.. Life is a fun journey...you will get there!
