When I was in High-school and I got introduced too Squats and Dead Lifts in P.E. Class by my FRIEND..Let's just they definitly weren't my thing. I had such a horrible time doing a correct squat or deadlift that I would give up before even trying..It got super messy. So I took it step by Step Until I got it right..
