I was recently looking for the best health tips for women, and I came across certain ones that I found to be good. I'm gonna share them with you now!
1. Berries are the BEST: Make sure you include berries, strawberries, and any other berries in your diet regularly in order too maintain the best results for the body.
2. Be Mindful with your day: Make sure you stay positive about your workouts and throughout your day. keep the positive energy at its highest peak.
3. Stay Hydrated: Make sure you at least have 8 cups or more of water no matter what other drinks you have that same day. its important too drink water and too stay hydrated. I read a lot of cancer patients who come in too the hospital have a low level of hydration...so seriously, drink up!
4. Brushing your teeth correctly: after reading a certain article I found the best way too brush your teeth is by holding your tooth brush like your holding your pencil.
5. Stretching: Always remember too stretch and too expand your mind by learning new work outs. in order too stay on top of your daily stretches remember too drink a cup of water in the beginning of your day.
